He has corporate experience in HR, management development, top talent development and resourcing senior leadership roles. He was a director with Astra Zeneca which has 55,000 employees worldwide and sales in over 100 countries of over $33bn.
He has significant international expertise in driving and enhancing performance at both organisational and individual levels and has a proven track record of delivery in senior roles across diverse industries.
He is currently working with senior and Executive coaching clients in Retail, High Technology, Pharmaceutical, Higher Education, Healthcare, Legal/Professional Services, Nuclear Engineering, Recruitment and Executive Search sectors.
His real passion is helping individuals and organisations to understand and develop their personal and professional effectiveness to realise their potential and that of their organisation. His business career allows him to bring to his clients a mix of challenge, insight and experience and his success is underpinned by a solid commercial acumen and dynamic interpersonal skills.
Throughout his career he has been interested in developing people and aligning behaviours around corporate goals. The organisational dynamics of culture, leadership and talent management have been key areas of focus. Tim’s personal goal is balancing coaching/mentoring assignments, working with business leaders on a 1:1 basis, with a portfolio of change projects. (A balance which he believes supports him in being a better coach). He has worked internationally in Europe, Asia, South America and the USA.
