Richard has over 32 years of diverse federal government experience and practical, hands-on management consulting experience. For 30 years, he served as an air traffic controller, manager and trainer for the Federal Aviation Administration.
He has a proven track record of being a highly engaging motivator, trainer, executive coach, facilitator and proven leader. Richard's management experience has focused on organisational effectiveness, enhancing engagement and providing leadership skills and guidance in high-stress environments. His goal is to challenge every individual to be a courageous leader wherever they are in life - both personally and professionally.
He loves people, but more importantly, he loves to see people improve and experience personal success. Richard has acted as a facilitator in labour-management relations, succession, planning, and diversity/ discrimination challenges. He has served as an EEO counsellor and investigator. He is well-versed in human capital consulting, collaborative work-group training, leadership development, strategic planning and instructional design/ curriculum development.

Richard is a certified life, manager, and executive coach. He is certified by the Orange County Institute and as a consultant for the Birkman Method™. He has coached hundreds of people, from developing leaders to executives and everything in between. Richard uses specialized comprehension and application techniques in leadership development including assessment, identification, training, mentoring and continuous assessment and growth.
