                Voice of the customer conflicts: The biggest successes resolve customer contradictions.

                Voice of the system: Predicting the evolution of technical & business systems.

                Matching the voice of the customer with the voice of the system.

16:30     Coffee break.                   

16:45     Putting it all together.

17:30     Networking.

The workshop is intended to be fully self-contained; no pre-preparation work is required.

Teaching style will be our usual see-one, do-one, make-one format.
