ProgressTrackblackswan ProgressTrack evaluates the outcomes of learning programmes and initiatives using a simple and accessible 5 factor rating system.

Using the data you will understand the impact of your learning interventions in the workplace, the learners progress towards individual and organisational goals, and the sustainability of individual interventions.

What can ProgressTrack be used for?

Normally conducted 3 times over a 6 month period from the end of the intervention, it provides easy-to-interpret data on the impact and sustainability of learning and executive coaching programmes.

In addition to self-perceived progress, ProgressTrack can also be used by line managers to provide a more rounded viewpoint of an individual’s progress.

Data can be aggregated at team, department and organisational levels, giving learning departments, and anyone else interested in the value of learning, valuable data in evaluating programme ROI.

 

How does it work?

The ProgressTrack process is easily initiated. We will send each person log in details for them to use the assessment and manage the responses and reporting process.

The profile is generated once each person has completed and is emailed directly to the team leader or coach to feed back.
