Organisational Personality IndexThe blackswan Organisational Personality Index (OPI) allows you to assess your organisation, business unit or function objectively and accurately identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using the common language of personality type.

Using the Organisational Personality Index is a quick and easy process. To get started all you need to do is send us the details of all the participants and the details of the person to whom the feedback report is to be provided. We will then send invitations to all the participants to complete the OPI questionnaire directly.

Once the invited participants have completed the questionnaire the organisational profile is emailed to the project lead to feedback.

How We Deliver: 

The OPI process is easily initiated. We will send each person log in details for them to use the assessment and manage the responses and reporting process.

The profile is generated once each person has completed and is emailed directly to the team leader or coach to feed back.
