He has worked across a range of countries over the past decade, such as India, US, Canada, Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria, France and Holland, and has a very sound understanding the impact culture has on organisational performance, particularly in times of significant change. Paul’s wealth of experience is augmented with an excellent academic record, which includes a PhD in Organisational Change. His critically acclaimed thesis focussed on the need for organisations to manage change in an aligned and integrated manner.
