The HR Roles model originally developed by David Ulrich began the movement from the functional HR orientation to the more partnership based function.

Business partnering is not possible to implement without a major shift in the HR organisation. To understand the shifts required, blackswan have developed the Human Resources Capability Indicator.

What can the Human Resources Capability Indicator be used for?

HRCI measures the HR organisation at an individual and team level, and can be used from a variety of internal and external viewpoints. It uses a 4 factor assessment model based upon the roles of:

The Human Resource Capability Indicator process is easily initiated. We will send each person log in details for them to use the assessment and manage the responses and reporting process.

The profile is generated once each person has completed and is emailed directly to the team leader or coach to feed back.
