Change is constant, and becoming more and more disruptive and unpredictable. Agility is becoming the new critical success factor for any organisation. Being agile means being able to sense change before your competitors, and being able to respond faster and with a better solution.
This workshop is all about developing and honing those sense and respond skills. For the first time, the job of foresighting has been turned into a science. The workshop presents the findings of a 15 year, 40-person study of change and innovation and its impact on the strategy, behaviour and activities of an organisation.
