These can be delivered in our training centres, on site at your offices, or at a location that suits your needs. All blackswan learning academy programmes are individually tailored to your requirements. Courses can also be designed by blackswan HR experts to provide bespoke solutions to address specific business issues.

Design & Development 

Blackswan work with their Clients on the design and development of interventions to meet their specific requirements. The high level of involvement during the process is unique to each individual client. We offer design and development support from the design of processes or instruments to measure the skills gap, through to the evaluation of the impact of the intervention on the organisation.

Structured Interventions 

The blackswan structured interventions have been developed for facilitator-led workshops or eLearning. The blackswan process will ensure that any intervention focuses on productivity improvements plus business value. Our business is one where we understand that any intervention has to be positive for the individual and the organisation.

Format

The majority of blackswan’s programmes offer a blended approach, combining interactive workshop with rich learning portals.  This combination of approaches ensures delegates have plenty of opportunity to discuss their own management issues with both the training course leader and other delegates, maximising the impact and sustainability of learning.
