Yvon has spent most of his 34-year career in management with the Montreal headquartered Power Corporation of Canada, a $13 billion public holding company with interests mainly in the financial, biotechnology, media, oil, utilities and building supply sectors. He was Executive Vice President of Power Corporation’s communications subsidiary for several years before moving to Power Technology Investment Corporation, as Executive Vice President. Yvon built a reputation for being a determined and rigorous manager who believes that an enterprise’s success depends largely on effective human relationships and the efficient use of each employee’s specific talents. Michelle Dewell has over 20 years of business experience, in industries including food manufacture, vehicle production, global pharmaceutical supply, IT and business consultancy.
