Darrell is now one of the most widely published authors on Innovation in the world with over 1000 systematic innovation-related books, papers, patents and articles to his name. He has led significant Innovation programmes at MNCs, NGOs and government bodies in 30 countries around the world including Proctor & Gamble, Samsung and with the Malaysian government. As the architect of the systematic innovation method he has designed and sponsored research programmes at over a dozen of the most prestigious academic institutions in Europe and Asia. Darrell's career began working at Rolls-Royce in various R&D related positions, ultimately becoming responsible for the company's helicopter engine strategy.
