Biography:
Steve Goldberg is an Executive & high performing team coach, author and public speaker. He brings over 30 years of experience in executive advisement and leadership development with C suite executives, teams and organizations in the corporate, governmental (United Nations) and non-profit sectors.
Steve is known as the R & R coach for two reasons. One he strongly believes that in order to give our best, we need to be at our best and rest and relaxation (if only for minutes at a time) can make a big difference. He also believes that especially during challenging times, reflection and resilience are key ingredients for executive, team and personal success. He writes extensively on these issues in his blog and upcoming book The Upside to Adversity.
Steve is known for his ability to quickly gain rapport, focus on key needs and underlining issues, utilizing candor, humor and significant life experience.
Steve’s practice additionally focuses on working with successful leaders who are on-boarding to new positions, in career transition, and/or entering into the second half of their lives.
Steve has worked around the globe in over 20 countries, in coaching and organizational effectiveness assignments with Fortune 200 corporations and major international governmental bodies. This includes extensive assignments with ATT, Accenture, Leo Burnett, Ford Motor Company, US Postal Service, World Health Organization, International Red Cross, the Canadian International Development Agency and United States Agency for International Development.
