Biography:

Michele Pitts is an experienced business professional and Advanced Executive Coach. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Michele worked for a number of multi-national organisations, managing some of the world’s best known consumer brands. She has a proven track record in strategy development, brand management and innovation.

Michele’s coaching approach combines her leadership experience with her coaching training, utilising tools and techniques from both fields to create a unique coaching experience. Michele is passionate about helping leaders and high potential executives to become more effective and specialises in progressive development coaching for senior executives.

Her recent coaching assignments have included coaching through change for business leaders at Rio Tinto, leadership coaching for executives at Mars, Pepsico, Cadbury and Medibank Private as well as supporting executives to ‘stretch’ into new roles & honing leadership skills.

Michele is well acquainted with the challenges for those executives pioneering their way to the most senior level in organisations, and the different focus required in maintaining those positions. Her clients describe her coaching style as dynamic, intuitive, flexible and people-centred, but also eminently practical and action/outcome focused.

Michele is British and lives in Sydney. She works across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region for clients such as Rio Tinto, Mars, Pepsico, Cadbury, Medibank Private, Energy Australia, AGL, 3 Australia, News Ltd and Sara Lee.

Michele’s leadership experience within the corporate arena has enabled her to better understand the issues that many top level executives face in leading organisational change, while at the same time supporting them in maximising their own leadership performance.
