Biography:

Katherine is a pioneering CEO and Board-level Coach who works with Global leaders and multi-cultural top teams internationally. 

As Founding Chair and CEO of the Association for Coaching, she is a leading authority within her field, as well as a speaker, author, and coach mentor. Her purpose is to inspire and stretch global leaders, authentically, so that they make a positive impact in the world.  

With over 20 years international experience, with previous board -level positions in Strategy, and Marketing – she has extensive experience working with global organisations throughout the US, Europe, UAE, and Asia Pacific. 

As an Accredited Coach, Katherine is known for her inspiring style and getting results. She specialises in Coaching CEO’s &  Multi-cultural Top Teams, Influence & Impact, Authentic Leadership, Innovation/Strategic Thinking, Authentic Personal Branding, and Executive Wellbeing.

She was recently awarded Coaching/Mentoring Person of the Year in 2008 by Coaching at Work and is the recipient of the AC Honorary Awards for Impacting & Influencing the Coaching Profession. 

She is author in Excellence in Coaching; Diversity in Coaching; and “Coaching Global Top Teams” in Leadership Coaching (Kogan Page); a visiting professor at UEL’s coaching master’s programme, and is on the global advisory board for “Coaching: an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice” (Routledge 2008).
