Kate Tojeiro
Biography:
Kate’s career developed in the retail (Marks & Spencer Management Training program), leisure and recruitment sectors for fifteen years before dedicating herself to coaching, and people development, in 2003. During that time, working with people to embrace change, increase their responsibilities willingly, their drive to improve and overcome barriers became Kate’s ‘niche’ focus with successful outcomes for all. Additionally, her positive outlook and ease with people enabled her to create strong and motivated teams and help others to find success.
Since 2003, Kate has worked with both individuals and senior teams in small and large corporate organisations and her flexible style enables her to work in the UK, Europe, Middle East and the US. In addition she works with the Judge Business School and was a non-executive director of a growing technology company prior to its profitable sale. Kate speaks at various industry events, contributes and writes in the press and leads workshops on topics such as self-motivation, stress management and leadership and management behaviours.
Her high energy levels and desire to help people find real fulfillment drives her to work with people at all stages of their life, and has found particular success with senior individuals that have been recently promoted - that first C-level role, taking on new challenges and transitioning through the change.
Kate is the founder and Managing Director of an executive coaching and leadership development consultancy working with many senior level executives in large Blue Chip organizations, in early stage and start-up companies.
