Biography:
Jeannette has over twenty years management experience in sales, operations, and retail with companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Northern Foods, WH Smith and Oxford College of Further Education. As Head of Operations for of the Association for Coaching she is involved in promoting coaching for individuals and teams within the workplace.
Jeannette is passionate about crafting training and coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in organisations. All of her clients find that their performance, self-motivation and enthusiasm for achieving their goals increases dramatically and often far exceeds their initial expectations. Jeannette is experienced at working with individuals at all levels within an organisation, from middle management upwards including Board level: MD, Chief Executives, and Senior Members of the Management team and Heads of Service. She excels in bringing groups together to focus on a common objective with particular emphasis on the role of coaches and mentors within an organisation.
A wide variety of coaching techniques are used by Jeannette to ensure increased confidence and the effective transfer of skills, knowledge and behaviour to the workplace, which increase the bottom line.
She is also a trainer specialising in Coaching Skills, Mentoring Skills, Leadership and Management Development, 360 degree Feedback programmes, Team Coaching and Facilitation, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Personal Effectiveness, Problem Solving and Teamwork.
