Biography:

Gavin has a strong business background working in Leadership Development, Consultancy, Coaching and Finance for BAE SYSTEMS plc and prior to that being trained by and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

Following his successful corporate career he now specializes in delivering facilitation, business coaching and training to a wide range of businesses. Gavin is business outcome focused, supporting bottom line improvement and the achievement of  organizational goals. He works with high potentials, senior teams and board level executives.
