Biography:
Anne Roques has been an Executive Coach since 1999, guiding executives and leaders on their international journey to success. She helps individuals steer through the challenging periods in their professional journey.
She gained a wealth of corporate, business and management experience through the different international roles she has held in the Finance, Supply Chain and Change Management areas before becoming an Executive Coach. Over 18 years (out of which 11 years in the UK) her key responsibilities have concentrated on customer services, financial management and project management. She has held several positions in the Chemical industry (including Bayer Chemical) such as Europe Customer Services Manager, European Planning Director and Global Supply Chain Project Manager. Prior to that, she held various financial control roles in the distribution/Food industry (Marks & Spencer France) .This has given Anne an excellent understanding of the complexity of international business issues and allowed her to put her clients’ situations in the right perspective.
She is married, has two children and currently lives in the UK.

She is French native and perfectly fluent in English. Therefore she is able to offer the flexibility in working in both languages.
Qualifications
She has a MBA in Finance, a master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is a graduate of the LKB School of Coaching. She is also an associate member of the Société Française de Coaching (SFC) and a Professional Certified Member with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2004. Being a clean language facilitator as well as an accredited supervisor for coaches enhance her style and flexibility of approaches to adapt to her clients.
