Biography:
Agnès van Rhijn has over twenty years of corporate experience acquired mainly in the IT and the consulting industry. She has worked in events management, administration, human resources and finance. She has been in charge of major internal projects (organization, restructuring and creation of internet portals) and has also designed, organised and facilitated major internal seminars on a high level international scale. She has worked exclusively in international environments.
Agnès has built her experience and business knowledge by placing people at the heart of her activities. She has acquired a solid understanding of problems that are specific to international, multicultural environments and to businesses that are undergoing a change process.
Her soft skills (positive energy and attitude, cooperation, facilitation, médiation, motivation and source of inspiration) combined to her technical skills (structure, organization, time management, analytical capacities, definition of needs, decision making, project management) have a transformational impact with long lasting effects on the persons she coaches.
Her combined French and Dutch education, as well as her international experience, enables her to coach in French, English and Dutch. Agnes offers her services anywhere in the world either in person or remotely.
She is a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and complies with its code of ethics. She also is a member of WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) and ICCO (International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations).
