Richard Windle

Originally from the Northumberland, Richard returned to the North East after 5 years of combining study with being a professional sportsman in Nottingham. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in Business Economics.

Prior to Joining blackswan, he worked as a recruiter for seven years in a locally based high profile talent management firm, and was with Hays prior to that.  Since 2007 Richard has specifically been successful in building a pan European portfolio of business contacts and delivering talent solutions to a broad range of SME and corporate clients.
