Transfer Centre: Kai Tsai
Shuo-Kai Tsai focused his DPhil on exploring the use of TRIZ, which stands for the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, under Professor Childs' supervision at the University of Sussex.
During this research he developed a six-step process called the BRIGHT process to be used along with TRIZ and make the use of this technique becomes more effective, and was granted the doctoral degree in early 2009.
After working at one of leading systematic innovation consultancy Companies in the UK, Kai joined blackswan in November 2009 as an innovation consultant and continues his research in creativity and systematic innovation tools, especially TRIZ.
