Originally from a finance background in Ireland and the UK, Joe has worked across multiple Asia pacific countries for the last 11 years for a multitude of global and national clients as a Solutions Architect for workforce transformations and rationalisations.

Joe also has considerable experience in designing staffing and function migration programs for offshoring,nearshoring and outsourcing.

Joe is experienced in public and private sector consultation and has worked extensively on Greenfields projects and public/private partnerships.

Joe is an experienced business and people manager with over 10 years experience managing teams up to 34 people and financial responsibility for  P&Ls up to USD 70m across multiple coujntries and business lines.

Joe is a strong advocate of project management principles and HR values driven leadership.
