Paul is responsible for the design, development and implementation of blackswan's solution suite, including our range of online tools and assessments.

Previously he worked within the learning solutions industry, heading the delivery team for one of europes largest training organisations. He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of innovative programmes across a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines.

Paul has designed and delivered programmes and initiatives for up to 60,000 users across multiple geographies in a variety of global blue-chip and public sector organisations such as PwC, Rio Tinto, IBM, Leeds University, Serco, Network Rail and the Home Office.

He is an strong advocate of the changing ethos that the internet has brought about, and how this change can be practically implemented in a business context. This has resulted in the development in a number of leading edge tools across the transformation and people development agenda.

Paul’s early career was as a trainer in Information Technologies and he retains a healthy enthusiasm for technical development and discovering new ways to solve old problems.

Paul is married with two young and energetic boys, and lives in Newcastle upon Tyne.
