Michelle Dewell

Michelle Dewell has over 20 years of business experience, in industries including food manufacture, vehicle production, global pharmaceutical supply, IT and business consultancy.

Initially working as a Chartered Engineer, Michelle has since held a variety of roles which have encompassed areas such as People Management, Project Management, Sales Forecasting, Supply Chain Design and Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Business and Strategic Planning and Risk Management, during which time Michelle has worked throughout Europe, Australia and in the USA. Through these roles, Michelle has gained significant experience in managing and motivating teams, mentoring and coaching numerous individuals and facilitating staff to increase performance.

Michelle has a talent for working with individuals to enable them to achieve their potential. She offers motivation, challenge, new perspectives and accountability, and is strongly results-oriented. She focuses on Professional and Executive coaching, with an emphasis on a holistic approach to both professional and personal life. Michelle has a particular interest in coaching those identified as 'talent' within an organisation.

Qualifications:
Chartered Mechanical Engineer (UK equivalent of Australian Professional Engineer), with qualifications in Project Management (PRINCE2 Practitioner; Diploma), and in business studies towards an MBA.
Member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIMM) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) and hold their ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential.

Michelle also coaches Executives and Professionals to achieve greater success in their careers through maximising their potential, with a holistic approach to both work and personal life. She has a particular interest in coaching those regarded as 'talent' within their organisations. She is also able to provide interview coaching to assist senior personnel to perform well in the interview room.

Michelle’s coaching style is highly results-oriented, working with the client to identify specific goals they wish to achieve and tailoring her coaching approach to suit the individual client's personality. She offers challenge, new perspectives, support and motivation, while holding the client personally accountable for taking action to achieve his or her goals.
