In his current role Maurice is responsible for all of blackswan’s transformation programmes based in 23 countries and operating globally.
Maurice is an executive board level operator, well known for taking tough decisions and seeing them through to make his organisations thrive. He has published articles on cutting edge management and is respected for his work on leadership, coaching and mentoring, in which he both practices and consults around the world with some of the key leaders in industry.
He has managed global, multi-national and diverse businesses and has operated in highly matrixed global organisations, with a culture of country centric or regional business thinking. His experience spans entrepreneur style business owner to global business leader across a number of world class organisations.
In previous roles Maurice has been EVP, SVP, Global Accounts VP/ GM, GM Production at Nortel, Lucent, DTW, Right Management and Manpower. He has also been HR Director at Nortel and STC and previously Head of Resourcing, Head of Learning and has run manufacturing sites employing several thousand people.
Maurice’s experience has seen him heading global businesses across 103 countries involving 30,000+ people. Through global mergers and acquisitions Maurice has led complex and multi-national change programmes involving 50,000+ people. He has also run a global sales business worth $24bn.
Maurice has produced many articles, papers and programmes on Business Strategy, Leadership, Process and Productivity Improvement and is a recognised expert in Leadership and Organisational Management. Maurice is a charismatic and inspirational leader, with a unique and challenging approach which Board Directors find refreshing.
