Kate Haven is officially Head of HR and People Strategy at blackswan, but with a remit covering much of the support services required by the business. Kate has worked closely with the senior management team at blackswan for many years, supporting some of the largest client delivery projects and maintaining the provision of back office services to the rest of the business.

Following a science-based degree and post-graduate research, Kate worked in several customer service roles before moving into a career based on providing support as and where needed by the business in order to achieve the provision of efficient and timely delivery to clients.

With editorial experience and lashings of common sense, Kate is a strong protector of the blackswan business from a legal and compliance perspective, additionally providing a keen eye for detail on all matters contractual, media and branding.
