Jane has developed her career in both Corporate and SME environments with a continual focus on leading and developing people and their teams to create successful, profitable, leading edge business outcomes. Her passion is now coaching executives to achieve high potential outcomes by working with strengths and removing blocks to success.

Jane is an Accredited Executive Coach; she has owned and run her own coaching business for 5 years. Experience and qualifications are in Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, Business Coaching, Counselling, Training and Facilitation. Core skill areas are high performance coaching, leadership development, communication, work life integration, motivation, change management and career progression.

Jane is interested in working with you to create dynamic forward thinking growth for both yourself and your business area. On an organisational level she works within the cultural landscape to identify current realities and create suitable action to overcome interferences which inhibit progress and accountability; on an individual level Jane works with you to evolve the conscious mind to enable sustainable effective change to occur in the sub conscious. It is here that unhelpful thinking, feeling and behaviour patterns lurk keeping us stuck, holding us back and interfering with our ability to achieve in our desired direction.
