Since joining the company over two years ago, Gary Watson has worked across the blackswan group of businesses in an operational and commercial capacity. Gary has operated in the services sector for over twenty years where he has been responsible for sales, product development, marketing and operational delivery in industries as diverse as recruitment, distribution and Chambers of Commerce. Having been Managing Director of two businesses in the past, Gary has experience in analysing team and business performance with a view to improving profitability through sales growth and cost management. He describes his interests as very much his own business.
