Paul has a unique approach and style which locks together strategic and operational drivers to deliver solid and sustainable business success.
Before joining blackswan, Paul worked for a range of international and global organisations, including Nissan, GE, Atos Origin, Merloni, Danone and Daimler Chrysler. He has worked across a range of countries over the past decade, such as India, US, Canada, Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria, France and Holland, and has a very sound understanding the impact culture has on organisational performance, particularly in times of significant change.
Paul is also a well-respected coach who is able to support clients in delivering outstanding business performance through focus on applied leadership behaviours. He has a clear understanding of the demands placed upon leaders in contemporary organisations and is able to coach leaders to enhance their performance in a way which is culturally aligned and which delivers demonstrable business impact.
Paul’s wealth of experience is augmented with an excellent academic record, which includes a PhD in Organisational Change. His critically acclaimed thesis focussed on the need for organisations to manage change in an aligned and integrated manner.
