Deborah specialises in supporting blackswan clients by developing tailored, bespoke solutions directly related to requirements.
Deborah started her working life at Business Link where she provided business support for regional organisations producing market intelligence to aid their business growth. Since then, Deborah has worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a process consultancy supporting national organisations to improve their manufacturing efficiency.
Most recently, Deborah spent 18 months at Barclays Bank as a Relationship Manager working with businesses to realise their growth plans through financing and business support. Here she acted as a Board member within many of her customers, advising on planning and business strategy.
Previous to her work with Barclays, Deborah spent 6 years with Penna plc as a Senior Relationship Manager. With responsibility for a wide range of blue-chip clients, Deborah worked alongside HR Directors to develop strategic people interventions including executive coaching, leadership development and people strategy. Clients included the Department of Health, Northern Foods, Hagemeyer, Huntsman Corporation, Corus and Arla Foods among many others.
Deborah’s passion is to deliver strategic support within organisations which results in significant performance improvement. Developing leadership capability and focusing on the key business drivers to enhance effectiveness and efficiency is the main driver for Deborah.
Deborah is passionate about personal development and has trained as a ‘futurist’ believing that visioning, planning and positive thinking pave the way to success. She is an avid reader and loves nothing more than a business autobiography!
Deborah loves walking with her beagle puppy and is a keen people watcher which stems from her degree in psychology!
